Release Updates
Salesforce has three releases per year: spring, summer, and winter. For each of the releases, there are release updates that need to be tested to ensure that there are no issues with the existing configuration in your Salesforce platform.
For each release, there are typically between three and five release updates.
These updates require research and testing in your Sandbox prior to the Sandbox Preview release. For each release, Salesforce will publish the timelines for your Salesforce org. Your dedicated SFDC Xpert would work with you and your team to ensure that you understand the details of each release update and confirm once they are tested.
Release Updates
Three times per year.
For each release, we will test the upcoming updates in your Sandbox org and deliver the results and confirmation that the updates will not interrupt your existing configuration. If we find that there will be an impact, we will work with you and your team to troubleshoot, work with Salesforce support, and identify a path forward.

Optimizer
The Salesforce Optimizer app analyzes features in an interactive and actionable format. It quickly identifies issues that require immediate attention by using the sortable list view. Optimizer results are prioritized by status and we will work with you and your team on what to prioritize (if anything). Salesforce recommends Optimizer is run at least quarterly and we recommend pairing this with the release update cycle.

Health Check
Prioritize security for your organization. Salesforce Health Check can be leveraged to identify and fix potential vulnerabilities in your security settings, all from a single page. A summary score shows how your org measures against a security baseline like the Salesforce Baseline Standard.
Health Check
Three times per year. We will work with you and your team to prioritize critical items to minimize the security risks for your platform.
