In her personal time, she loves spending time with her hubby, Simon, and fur-baby Fluffy. On the weekend, you can find Janene curled up with a good book, watching a movie, gardening, or enjoying a lovely dinner.

With 18+ years of professional experience with SaaS companies and a knack for Revenue Operations, Julia enjoys optimizing client's processes. She enjoys leveraging technology to find efficiencies and increase the productivity of teams. When not solving world peace, she is a wife and mother of two boys and an adorable dog, Bean. She also fosters puppies, loves gardening, going to live shows, and cooking.

Bringing 10+ years of Sales and Business Operations experience across multiple industries, Erin leverages her experience with cloud-based systems to help companies discover more significant value in their Salesforce investments. After work, you can find her supporting her 3 daughters' social calendars and consulting on her husband's to-do list. In a rare free uninterrupted moment, Erin enjoys sitting on the deck reading a good book.

With 15 years of sales experience and 7 years as a Salesforce End User, Olivia thrives in customer service, cultivating relationships, and combining cross-cloud experience and industry-specific solutions, to provide end-to-end digital transformation. When not creating solutions at work, you can find Olivia driving her daughter to volleyball lessons, games, and endless tournaments. She also enjoys cooking for friends and family, gardening, and having a nice cocktail at the end of the day with her lovely husband.
JAYNA GALLAGHER

After gaining 20+ years of marketing, project management, and fundraising experience across many industries, Jayna is thrilled to provide her expertise both internally and to our clients. She thrives on building relationships, listening to our clients' needs, and curating solutions to meet their goals. Outside of the 9-5 daily grind, she is the cruise director for her two daughters. When they have some downtime, she and her husband enjoy entertaining, gardening, traveling, and reading a good book.
TOM GRUBB
Business Strategy Xpert
With over 25 years of experience in executive marketing leadership and technology consulting, Tom offers a deep understanding of client needs, blending strategic insight with a discerning ear to drive impactful results. He led Digital Pi's martech strategy practice through its acquisition by Merkle/dentsu. Tom also held marketing leadership roles at Marketo, Intuit, and early-stage companies, contributing to two successful acquisitions. Outside of work, Tom starts every morning trying to master his classical guitar pieces before diving into work - a practice he & his daughter started 18 yrs. ago when she was only four.

Operations Xpert
With 10 + years of Sales and Marketing Operations experience, Kelly excels at keeping the SFDC Xperts team organized and handling the Revenue Operations projects and tasks. In her free time, she loves reading, gardening, listening to music, and spending time with her beautiful daughter, husband, and dog, Romper Rose.

Bringing 18+ years of professional experience in the Accounting and Customer Relations field, Kathryn offers a practical & personalized approach to Sales & Marketing. She genuinely enjoys learning about businesses and the people that make them what they are. Kathryn has a sincere approach to finding and delivering what a company needs to thrive and enjoys the ride along the way. In her spare time, she enjoys making friends and family laugh, meditating, exercising outdoors, and listening to good music!

Fluffy provides quality cuddles and helps maintain a peaceful work environment. In his spare time, he enjoys asking his mom to let him outside 15 times a day and trying on the latest puppy pajama fashions.
